We're becoming too sensitive to ignore the unseen world or our interactions with each other.

5 Things that Keep Your Energy Clear

1. Pay attention to how you feel. Long gone are the days we could be on autopilot. Knowing what situations drain you, what people leave you feeling buoyed, and what foods make you feel dull or clear is important. Your emotional guidance system is a valuable tool and it will work with you like an inner GPS system.

 

2. Where thoughts go, energy flows. Your intentions can clear most basic energies. When you mindfully have a shower, you can rid the energy of the day off of you. When you mindfully clean your dwelling you can sweep old stagnant energy from your space. When you choose a colour for the day, that colour's vibration strengthens your actions. Everything is connected, even the subtle vibrations of your day.

3. Epsom salt baths go a long way to remove any impurities in your energy field and restore your aura to a higher vibration.

4. Smudging with herbs/incense removes resistant energy from your body and home. Slowly walk around your space and allow the smoke to waft around. By opening the front and back doors you give the energy that doesn't belong in your space a place to go. Ask the smoke, either aloud or internally to assist you in clearing your space and that all that is not serving you leave. If you are unable to open windows and doors, that is ok. Your intention has the power to remove what isn't wanted.

 

5. Use grounding, centering and connecting practice in your life. Years ago we used to say creating a meditation practice was important. But I've learned it's hard for most people to set aside time. Just about everyone brushes their teeth, with practice grounding and centering can become part of your daily routine and be completed in as little as 5 deep breaths.

6. Move your body. Find ways to incorporate movement in your body, we're energetic beings within dense physical bodies and the best way to integrate is to allow for gentle movement that brings mind, body and spirit together.

7. Have an energy tune-up. Taking the time to have an energy practitioner hold space for you, mentally, emotionally and physically, even if you know how to take care of your energy field goes a long way in filling your cup, resettling your aura and aligning you with your highest good.
