How to Ground Your Energy
We're becoming too sensitive to ignore the unseen world or our relationship to it.
Grounding is the practice of aligning your energy with the here and now. How to know if you need grounding?

1. Get your body outside, being in natural light and walking in nature brings us back into alignment. ​
2. Eat Chocolate, good quality, dark chocolate or cacao help you come into the moment.
3. Exercise, this brings you deeper into the body, where you are in full awareness of the now.
4. Use visualization to see a cord of light through your center, send it down through your tailbone, through the floor into the ground, and connect it with the Earth’s center.
5. Use your breath to bring yourself into this physical moment. Notice how you feel, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Do not judge, only notice.
6. Have a Reiki treatment with an energy healer. Having a session on a healer's table can bring you back into your body and help you release what has been making you ungrounded.
