Even those of us who have been walking our path for some time are having a challenge. Here are 7 things that help me keep in alignment and ground in the new frequencies:
Drinking more water Water helps the body flush out toxins and
Cardio Exercise Moves energy through the body, helping release stagnant vibrations that don't serve.
Rest Gives the body time to recuperate. Also, while sleeping the personality is less resistant to change.
Meditation (even just 10min) Helps bring your mind, body, and spirit into alignment so you can better navigate this world of form.
Getting out in nature. Helps the body's biomagnetic field ground and feel safe.
Gentle movement with Yin, Restorative Yoga or Qigong Moves energy through the body, and releases stagnant energy in a way that doesn't trigger the endocrine system into fight/flight mode.
Connecting with others. Connection with souls that uplift us does a lot to boost our mood and lower our stress. More and more we need community to support us along our path.
