Waking Up Vibrating? It' s just your energy body





So why are you noticing subtle vibrations as you are waking up, or settling down for the night? Don't worry, you're not alone. Many people are noticing the vibrations and want to know what is happening.


As our energy increases and expands with the shift that is occurring we are becoming more sensitive as a collective. One of the symptoms of becoming more sensitive is the subtle awareness of your light body. The light body (or Merkaba) is the multi-level human energy field that is an extension of our consciousness. It is the outer aspect of the more widely understood aura. It is how we travel to higher dimensions, higher planes of existence, to experience our multidimensional self.


I first started noticing the vibrations in 2018, they would be felt early in the morning, or later at night when I was falling asleep. I found one way to deal with the subtle vibrations was to simply breathe into them, surrendering to their pattern. Another way to balance this energy through the body is with exercise. Moving the dense physical body, allows the energies to integrate with the least amount of disturbance.
