Welcome! I'm so glad you're here

Well, hello there!

If you've stumbled upon my page we're probably kindred spirits. I've been a spiritual seeker my entire life. And I guess with a name like 'Crystal' it's not a surprise. I love conversations about energy, frequency and the Divine in all things.

I began my journey with the spiritual in my family of origin, they were open to the idea of laying-on-of-hands and 'energy' was given for minor aches and pains throughout my childhood. I grew up around crystals and family members who were open to seeing ghosts and various energies. Conversations about energy, spirit and mysticism were not shut down as I grew, and I was allowed to explore my relationship with the natural and spiritual world freely.

I was 13 when I was gifted my first divination tool, 15 when I attended my first meditation class, and 20 when I took my Reiki level one attunement. I was attuned as a Reiki Master/Teacher in 2009 while I was pregnant with my second child and have spent most of my adult life studying energy and learning how to dive deep. I've had many awakening moments on the path, and fully believe we are never done expanding.

As the waves of energy shift in frequency on our planet, I'm intensely aware of the importance of sharing openly about the nuances between mind, body, and soul connection. I'm passionate about creating safe spaces for others who are just awakening on their path, and see it as a soul mission to anchor the energy of love, light and peace on the planet.

I want this blog to be an extension of my spiritual journey as well as a resource site for my reiki clients in New Tecumseth, Ontario. I'm so glad you're here!
