What to Expect
Reiki is a deeply personal experience, no two sessions are ever the same. My desire is for you to feel as comfortable as possible. Part of your session is attuning to the healing room and my energy. We’ll start by sitting down before your session for a one-on-one talk, where you can share what you have been experiencing, and what area you want to focus on.
If you are new to Reiki, I'll walk you through everything that will happen during your treatment and some of the things you may expect. Sessions on the table are typically hands-on, and last 45-60 min depending on what your body requires. Some clients fall asleep, while others stay awake and feel into what is happening for them during their appointment.

Your session will end with a glass of water and a debrief of your experience.
Exchange for Service or Price
When we are ready to receive and make space for energy to flow into our lives we must also be willing to give energy to the universe. Setting a cost for a Reiki Treatment does two things, it establishes the worth of the service and it signals commitment to the healing process. In ancient times, Priestesses, Shamans and Medicine People were honoured for their knowledge and craft, in modern times we have little context or concept of this sort of space holding for others, so a set fee is created.
In Person Reiki Session
Reiki is a hands-on healing technique based on the principle of uninterrupted energy flow. It helps activate the natural healing processes within an individual to restore their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.​
As an attuned Reiki Master Teacher, I offer one-to-one treatments in a relaxed and quiet setting. Sessions last 45 to 60 min depending on what your body and energy require.

Distance Reiki Session
For clients who can not make it to a one-on-one treatment, distance reiki is an option.
Reiki is infinite, timeless, and goes anywhere.​ By setting up an agreed-upon time and date I can tune into your energy signature and send a treatment from whatever distance. Sessions typically last 30 to 45 min and I will send an email once the session is complete.

Reiki + Crystal Attunment
During this regular reiki session, I will attune a unique crystal or crystal grouping to your energy field, this tool will then accompany you home as part of your collection.

These sessions are for clients who want to deepen their connection and expand their spiritual practice. Sessions last 45 to 60 min depending on what your body and energy require. **Note** Crystal/or Crystal Grouping will be of approx $30 value.

Reiki for Teens
Sessions for teens and pre-teens are done by donation.
The healing typically last 45 min and the parent is invited to sit in the room while I work.
Reiki for teens can be a valuable recourse for navigating the layers of growth that take place from 12 - 17 years old. Reiki tune ups can help teens stay in connection with their natural intuition and work through emotional challenges as they arise.

Reiki Package
For individuals moving through challenges, I offer 6 sessions that can be booked once a week or twice a month as support.
Weather moving through physical healing, deep emotional release, navigating grief, or one of the many gateways of challenge and change. Support is there for you.
